• I recently placed an online order for local storefront pickup. When will my order be ready for me to come and pick it up?

  In order to arrange a time to pick up your order, please contact us and include your order number in the subject line. Orders can be picked up between the hours of 10am-4pm, from Monday-Friday at the following location: 115-11960 Hammersmith Way, Richmond, BC.

  We accept returns on products within 30 days of delivery date. Product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. All sale items, and items bought on promotion are final sale.
