• Do I have to return a free gift if I return the qualifying item?

  Yes, if you purchase an item(s) that qualify you in receiving a free gift then subsequently want to return that item you must return the free gift otherwise you are not eligible for a refund. This also applies on buy one get one promotions.

• Do you offer free shipping?

  Yes! We offer shipping to Canadian and USA addresses for orders over $120 before taxes. For orders under $120 before taxes, we offer a flat rate shipping of $8.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes! Please go through the checkout process and you’ll see the shipping rate for your region.

• I purchased something from Nest Designs and I checked my order status, and the tracking code shows it was already delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
