Our loyalty points are designed to last indefinitely for active customers. However, they will expire if there has been no purchase activity within the last 12 months from your most recent order or since your account was created.

How do I reach the next level in the Timeless Rewards program (Ambassador/Icon)?
To get to the next level in the Timeless Rewards program, you will need to reach the minimum total spend. The Ambassador level has a minimum $500 CAD spend while the Icon level has a minimum $1,250 CAD spend. -
To redeem your points, simply login to your account and apply your points at checkout.

How is my annual spend and loyalty status tracked?
Your annual spend is tracked based on the anniversary of the date you joined our loyalty program. Your loyalty status is reviewed and refreshed once per year on that anniversary date. -
I live outside of Canada and the USA, can I become a Timeless Rewards member?
Unfortunately, no the Timeless Rewards program is currently available for Canadian and USA customers only. -
Is it free to join the Timeless Rewards program?

Our Timeless Rewards status updates have a 30-day delay. That means your purchase today will count toward your tier upgrade after the transaction. If you’ve met the spending requirement to reach the Ambassador status, then it will be updated.

Unfortunately, once points have been redeemed toward a purchase, they cannot be returned to your Timeless Rewards account if the order is later returned.

Why is the currency in USD if I am in Canada?
Any points you redeem will be issued in USD currency. If you are a Canadian resident, the value of your points will be converted into CAD currency at checkout. Please note that the value of your points will fluctuate based on the currency exchange rate. -
Will my redeemed code expire if I don’t use it?
No, your redeemed code doesn’t expire - you can use it whenever you’re ready.
