How can I track my order?
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email notification letting you know your package is on its way. The email will also provide you with details of the company your parcel was shipped with, along with the tracking number you can use to track your order.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 1 to 3 business days from time of purchase for your order to process. Once order has been processed your order will be shipped out between 3-7 business days. I forgot to use the sale/discount promo code. What do I do?
Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive during sale periods, we are not able to adjust your order should you forget to use your code. We hope that this will encourage you to take the time to check out using the proper information.

I’m local! Can I pick up my order?
If you are local, you have the option to pick up your order at our office. Just select “Pickup Location” as your shipping method before placing your order. Once you place your order, please contact us to arrange a pickup time.

I purchased a Nest Designs item from a local store. Can I return it here?
We do not accept returns for items purchased from third party vendors. Items purchased anywhere other than nestdesigns.com must be returned to the store according to their return/exchange policy.
I purchased something from Nest Designs and I checked my order status, and the tracking code shows it was already delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven’t received anything, we suggest doing the following:
Verify the shipping address on your order that it’s correct
Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
Double check your area in case it’s stored in a hidden area
Items I just purchased are now on sale. Do you offer price adjustments?
We are not able to offer price adjustments during sales and promotional events.
If the item you purchased goes down in price within 30 days of purchase, and is outside of one of our sale events, please contact us and we will get you sorted!

Where are your products shipped from?
We are based out of Vancouver, Canada! All orders are shipped by us from our office in Richmond, BC – just outside of Vancouver.
Will I be charged a duty fee when my order is delivered?
