  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email notification letting you know your package is on its way. The email will also provide you with details of the company your parcel was shipped with, along with the tracking number you can use to track your order.
  • I already placed my order, but just realized I ordered the wrong product. It hasn’t shipped out yet – Can I still modify my order before it ships?

    Unfortunately, due to our fulfillment process, orders can not be modified or cancelled once the order has been placed. Be sure to review your order carefully before hitting submit!
  • I forgot to use the sale/discount promo code. What do I do?

    Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive during sale periods, we are not able to adjust your order should you forget to use your code. We hope that this will encourage you to take the time to check out using the proper information. This will save you money, and save us time!
  • My order is still processing. When will it ship out?

    Orders are generally processed and shipped out in between 1 to 3 business days from time of purchase.
