Can I include a gift note with my order?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to include a gift note with our orders at this time. -
Can I use more than one coupon or promotional code at checkout?
Offers cannot be combined with other promotional or coupon codes. Only one code can be applied at checkout. -
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email notification letting you know your package is on its way. The email will also provide you with details of the company your parcel was shipped with, along with the tracking number you can use to track your order.

I forgot to use the sale/discount promo code. What do I do?
Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive during sale periods, we are not able to adjust your order should you forget to use your code. We hope that this will encourage you to take the time to check out using the proper information. This will save you money, and save us time! -
I'm local, can I pick up my order?
Yes! Please select “Pickup Location” as your shipping method as you’re placing your order. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive pickup information via email. Please note, we only offer pickup during our office hours from Monday to Fridays 10AM - 4PM. Our offices are closed on stat holidays. -
I purchased a Nest Designs item from a local store. Can I return it here?
We do not accept returns for items purchased from third party vendors. Items purchased anywhere other than nestdesigns.com must be returned to the store according to their return/exchange policy. -

We are based out of Vancouver, Canada. All orders are shipped by us from our office and warehouse in Richmond, BC – just outside of Vancouver. -
Why is my store credit in usd?
