    Yes! We're proud to partner with BabyGoRound, a non-profit organization in Vancouver, BC. You can donate gently used baby clothes to give them a second life. Please ensure items are clean and in good condition.

    No, currently, online purchases can’t be exchanged in-store.   • Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?

    We do not offer in-store pickup for online orders. All online purchases are shipped straight to your doorstep. If you’d like to see or try items in person, we’d love to welcome you at our store to shop directly with us.
  • Can I place a special order for items not in stock in-store?

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer special orders for items not carried in the store. However, if you’re looking for a different size of a style we have in-store, our team can help place an order to get the right fit.

    Yes! We offer wrapping paper and a gift bag for just $1.00. We’ll also be adding gift boxes in the near future.

  • How do I start a return for an online order I want to bring to the store?

    Before visiting our store, please start your return online through our Returns Center. Follow the instructions in your return approval email and bring the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number with you as proof of approval.
